Shipping and Pickup

We offer a variety of options to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Local Pickup

We are often out and about at markets, and we are happy to bring your order to a market close to you. Alternatively, you can pick your order up at our secured outdoor box 24/7 in NW Calgary (except temperature sensitive products such as beeswax sheets during the winter) or schedule a pickup with us at our headquarters in NW Calgary or our workshop in NE Calgary (addresses and details on these 3 options will be emailed to you when your order is ready). Here are the simple steps to arrange a local pickup:

  1. Place your order online.
  2. Choose ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout.
  3. When your order is ready, we will email you with your pickup options (including addresses and times). If you’d like to pick it up at a market, feel free to write the market name in the order comments.

If you have chosen a specific market, we will have your order ready for pickup at any time during market hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders not picked up within 2 weeks without prior arrangement will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee charged. 

Shipping to Canada

Shipping across Canada is through Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We will send tracking information when your package ships. If you need your package sooner, contact us for expedited shipping options.

If the postage costs less than you paid, we will refund the difference.

Orders of over $50 (Alberta) and $100 (rest of Canada) are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping to USA

Shipping to the USA is through USPS. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We will send tracking information when your package ships. If you need your package sooner, contact us for expedited shipping options.

If the postage costs less than you paid, we will refund the difference.

Orders of over $120 are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Worldwide

International shipping is through USPS or Canada Post. All packages are sent with a tracking number. We will send tracking information when your package ships. If you need your package sooner, contact us for expedited shipping options.

If the postage costs less than you paid, we will refund the difference.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free shipping option for international orders 🙁
